A gateway workplace shaped by brand, climate, and skyline presence

Located on Golf Course Extension Road, the project is conceived as a large business campus designed to accommodate the shifting demands of contemporary IT and ITES workplaces. The brief called for a multi-tenanted commercial building capable of housing large occupiers while remaining divisible for smaller tenants, all within an environment defined by efficiency, sustainability, and long-term adaptability.
The architectural response takes the form of a compact and highly legible office block, with three basement levels, a double-height entrance lobby, retail and cafeteria functions at the lower floors, and expansive office plates above. These floorplates are planned primarily for two tenants, with the flexibility to be subdivided into four, allowing the building to respond to changing leasing patterns over time. A central core strategy consolidates lifts, shafts, services, and deeper programme elements at the middle of the plan, releasing the perimeter for workspaces that benefit from daylight and outward views. This arrangement produces highly efficient office floors while ensuring that nearly 70 to 75 percent of the workspace receives natural daylight, combining commercial performance with a more generous internal environment.
The site planning is shaped with equal attention to movement and landscape. Vehicular access, basement connectivity, high-occupancy vehicle management, and parking efficiency are integrated from the outset to shorten the journey from gate to workstation and to streamline daily operations. At ground level, a green spine extends from Phase I into Phase II through arrival greens, pocket parks, shaded promenades, and outdoor spaces for work and gathering. These elements lend the campus a more social and climate-responsive character, softening the experience of the workplace through shade, landscape, and shared open space. The project brings operational efficiency, leasing flexibility, and environmental performance into a more coherent architectural whole, giving the workplace both commercial rigour and a more considered everyday experience.
