Gurugram
Located on Golf Course Extension Road in Sector 62, Gurugram, AIPL Business Club is conceived as a commercial and retail development within one of the city’s principal business corridors. The project responds to this prominent urban setting by shaping a built form that performs on several registers at once: as a recognisable landmark on approach, as an efficient and high-performing office environment in operation, and as a more social and hospitality-inflected workplace once inhabited.
The massing is organised as three distinct wings gathered around a central core and articulated through varied heights. This approach reduces the apparent scale of the development, lends each wing a clearer identity, and gives the building a more animated skyline profile. The multi-level car park is positioned to the rear so that the architectural expression remains intact along the primary access routes, while circulation at ground level is carefully calibrated to separate employees, office visitors, retail users, pedestrians, service traffic, and drop-off movement.
The programme brings together offices, retail, restaurants, food court facilities, a business centre, guest rooms, wellness and lounge amenities, and a dedicated business club within a vertically layered composition. A double-height entrance lobby establishes a strong sense of arrival, while the podium forms the social centre of the development through landscaped courts and spill-out spaces linked to the Belvedere Lounge, health club, and coffee shop. Terraces distributed across the different wings extend this landscape strategy upward, introducing usable outdoor spaces throughout the building.
Enriched by amenity, landscape, and a more deliberate choreography of movement, AIPL Business Club reimagines the workplace as a more connected environment, where business, hospitality, and everyday social exchange are brought into closer alignment.
