Bengaluru
Sumadhura Capitol Towers is situated within Bengaluru’s Whitefield corridor, occupying a prominent corner site at Hope Farm Junction with direct frontage to the main road and immediate access to the adjoining metro line. Positioned within one of the city’s most dynamic commercial growth zones, the project derives its character from this convergence of visibility, connectivity, and long urban views. Conceived as two interconnected office towers, it establishes a strong metropolitan presence while responding with precision to the demands of the contemporary workplace.
The site strategy organises the development as a linear commercial campus, with active public uses at the lower levels and office floors rising above. Retail, co-working spaces, a food court, café, crèche, salon, spa, and wellness-oriented amenities are distributed across the podium and embedded within landscaped open areas, allowing the project to engage the city well beyond conventional working hours. Two triple-height entrance lobbies, together with a dedicated covered VIP drop-off, lend the arrival sequence a clear sense of hierarchy and distinction, while continuous public greens temper the scale of the built form and enrich the pedestrian experience along the site edge.
The office planning is guided by efficiency, adaptability, and environmental quality. Large floorplates accommodate both single-tenant and multi-tenant arrangements, with high carpet-area efficiency, strong access to daylight, and cores carefully calibrated to maximise usable workspace. Stepped landscaped terraces interrupt the length of the building mass and introduce outdoor breakout areas at upper levels, extending the experience of work beyond the desk. The façade, articulated through unitised glazing, fins, and a layered interplay of transparent and opaque surfaces, gives the development a crisp and contemporary expression.
Rather than treating performance and presence as separate ambitions, the project brings them into alignment, shaping a commercial address where workplace efficiency, urban visibility, and landscape are held in deliberate balance.
