HCBS Twin Horizon is located in Sector 102 along the Dwarka Expressway, within a rapidly developing residential corridor shaped by low-rise neighbourhoods, emerging high-rise developments, and the larger ecological setting of Basai Wetlands and Najafgarh Jheel. The project draws from this context to frame a residential environment that is both premium and climate-responsive, using orientation, openness, and landscape to shape the living experience.
The development is organized as two standalone residential towers with a consolidated clubhouse and shared arrival plaza at the centre. Vehicular movement is restricted to one edge of the site, allowing most of the ground plane to remain pedestrian-friendly and visually connected to landscape and amenities. A 40-metre-wide entrance portal leads into a formal arrival sequence, where the towers and club are linked through a grand vestibule and semi-covered edges that extend seamlessly into the open spaces beyond.
The residential planning is driven by privacy, daylight, and openness. Each apartment is planned as a single residence to a core with private lift access, three-side openness, and deep decks that extend the living and dining spaces outward. The towers are oriented to capture long-range views toward the wetlands and surrounding grasslands, while continuous balconies provide solar shading and improve outdoor comfort. Naturally ventilated cores, high levels of daylight, and cross-ventilated unit planning reinforce a more climate-responsive model of high-rise living.
The architectural language explores a nature-inspired vertical expression, with façade options derived from branching tree forms and the fluid movement of water. The result is a residential development that combines exclusivity, environmental responsiveness, and a strong identity within a compact urban footprint.
