Located in Kompally, adjoining NH-44, PMR Vantage is conceived as a premium mixed-use development in the northern reaches of Hyderabad. Its defining quality is the openness of its setting. In the absence of an immediate high-rise context, the residences command uninterrupted views towards Fox Sagar Lake to the west and defence land to the east, while the lower-rise surroundings preserve an unusual sense of sky, distance, and visual relief seldom found in the city’s denser residential precincts.

The development is organised as two residential towers set above a retail and entertainment plinth, establishing an active urban frontage below while lifting the homes into a quieter and more private realm above. This vertical arrangement allows the project to negotiate two conditions at once: public intensity at the base and domestic calm at the upper levels. The residences are planned as generous 3 and 4 bedroom homes, with larger penthouses occupying the uppermost floors, and are shaped by a consistent emphasis on light, ventilation, and spatial amplitude. Full-length glazing, broad decks, naturally daylit common areas, and ventilated open corridors together give the apartments a quality of openness that feels both climatic and experiential.

Amenities are distributed across ground, upper, and terrace levels rather than being compressed into a single club floor. This vertical dispersal produces a more nuanced pattern of inhabitation, moving from the immediacy of arrival and everyday convenience to quieter zones of wellness and leisure oriented towards long views of the city. The architectural language extends these ideas through alternating balconies, planter-lined edges, and a warm material palette calibrated to register the changing light of evening.

PMR Vantage derives its character not simply from height or programme, but from the intelligence with which it turns outward to its setting, shaping a residential environment where outlook, air, and movement are treated as essential to the architecture of daily life.
