Where panoramic views, climate-responsive planning, and a landscape-led arrival are brought together within a compact vertical campus. Shaped by open greens, valley vistas, and strong regional connectivity, the masterplan places two towers around a substantial landscaped centre, giving the development a sense of composure, openness, and remove from the pressures of the city.

The residences are planned as large dual-aspect homes organised around a symmetrical central core. This arrangement enhances privacy while drawing daylight, natural ventilation, and long outward views into the apartments from both sides. Generous balconies extend the living spaces outward, while also acting as effective shading devices that temper heat gain through the warmer months. Within each home, the planning articulates private, semi-private, and public realms with notable clarity, producing interiors that feel both expansive and finely ordered.

At ground and stilt levels, the project is structured to privilege landscape and pedestrian movement over roads and hardscape. A 1.5-acre central green forms the heart of the development, while the club, landscaped stilt, and amphitheatre establish a sequence of shared spaces that extend domestic life beyond the apartment. Double-height living areas overlooking the central green introduce an added sense of volume and light, strengthening the visual and spatial connection to the landscape. Paras Quartier lends high-rise living an uncommon sense of privacy, spatial generosity, and everyday intimacy with landscape.
