A campus office building designed around daylight, speed, and a continuous green spine
Gurugram
Godrej Zenith in Sector 89, Gurgaon, is conceived as a large residential campus that brings together free-standing towers, an elevated landscaped podium, and a wellness-oriented public realm within an increasingly dense urban framework. Set within a low-density growth corridor marked by a mix of existing and emerging residential development, the project integrates housing, club, school, EWS housing, and commercial components within a single master plan. Its design responds to the area’s semi-arid climate and open edges while seeking to establish a clear architectural identity in a rapidly verticalising context.
The development is organised around nine residential towers positioned to preserve wind movement across the site and release the centre as a generous landscaped podium. Their massing is broken into distinct free-standing forms to maximise corner views, reduce direct overlooking, and create a more porous relationship between buildings, open space, and sky. This arrangement lends the campus a greater sense of visual openness while strengthening environmental performance and residential privacy.
At the heart of the project, the podium is conceived as both social condenser and ecological ground, bringing together shaded greens, planted gardens, sports infrastructure, and a 1.4-kilometre peripheral health loop that supports physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Dedicated double-height lobbies, segregated drop-offs, and protected pedestrian movement further reinforce the project’s emphasis on comfort, safety, and ease of daily use.
