Emaar Amaris is located on Golf Course Extension Road in Sector 62, Gurugram, within a rapidly urbanising corridor defined by residential communities, commercial development, and essential social infrastructure. Conceived as Phase 2 of a larger development, the project extends the planning logic of Phase 1 while refining it through greater efficiency, stronger landscape organisation, and a more resolved relationship between towers, amenities, and circulation.

The development is planned around four residential towers and a linear club set within a central open landscape. Vehicular movement is pushed to the periphery, allowing the internal green to function as the social and visual heart of the project. Tower placement responds to solar orientation and prevailing southeastern winds, so that morning sun is filtered by the built mass while evening light reaches the landscape core. This arrangement creates a moderated microclimate and strengthens the indoor-outdoor character of the shared spaces.

The residential planning is organized around corner-view apartments that maximise openness, privacy, and long views. The unit mix includes 4 BHK, 4 BHK-L, and 3 BHK + SQ apartments, with refuge level units integrated within the upper floors. Double-height lobbies, landscaped stilts, and a club anchored by pool, gym, and multipurpose halls extend the everyday experience of living beyond the tower footprint. The façade strategy carries forward the architectural identity of Phase 1 through vertically expressed massing, staggered balconies, textured surfaces, glazing, and GRC screens.

The result is a high-rise residential community that brings together climate responsiveness, planning efficiency, and a unified phase-wise identity within a market-ready urban framework.
