Located in Sector 18, Gurugram, the GR Corporate Tower is conceived as a contemporary office building within a rapidly growing industrial and IT corridor. The site opens most clearly toward the south and southeast, and the design responds by orienting the building toward these edges while reducing exposure along the harsher west face.

The project was planned to serve both as a commercial asset and as a long-term headquarters for GR Infraprojects. This dual brief shapes the building’s identity, combining flexible office floors with dedicated corporate spaces, leadership access, and shared amenities. Retail kiosks, an experience centre, cafeteria, and common facilities at the lower levels help extend the project beyond a conventional office block.

The scheme is organized with basement and parking levels below the office floors, allowing the ground plane to retain a broad landscaped frontage and a clear arrival sequence. Rather than maximizing built mass across the entire site, the planning preserves a strong green edge that gives the tower a more gracious and corporate address.

Environmental performance is central to the design. High levels of daylighting, reduced west glazing, solar orientation, rainwater harvesting, water-saving systems, and rooftop solar potential are integrated into the project from the outset. Landscaped terraces and outdoor breakout spaces further extend the workplace experience beyond enclosed office floors.

The result is a commercial tower that brings together leasing flexibility, environmental performance, and a strong corporate identity within a refined urban workplace.
