A singular tower with the composure of a private estate

Located in Sector 39, Gurugram, the project occupies a well-connected site within an established residential precinct, close to the city’s major commercial corridors yet distinguished by clearer views toward the north and north-east. Rather than dispersing density across multiple blocks, the development is conceived as a single tower rising from an extensively landscaped ground plane, giving the address a rarer sense of clarity, presence, and openness.

This singularity is central to its appeal. With only four homes to a core and a total of 132 residences, the tower offers a more private rhythm of arrival and occupation than is typical of larger residential developments. The homes are planned as 3 and 4 bedroom layouts with service accommodation, and are distinguished by dual-aspect views, cross ventilation, and broad balconies that extend the living spaces outward. The planning gives particular attention to light and outlook, allowing the residences to feel airy, well-proportioned, and closely connected to the landscape around them.

At ground level, the experience is shaped by a double-height lobby, a palm-lined entrance sequence, and a club ensemble that includes a multipurpose hall, café and bar, gymnasium, games spaces, swimming pool, and padel court. These amenities are integrated into the larger landscape so that leisure feels embedded in the setting rather than appended to it.

What emerges is not simply a tower, but a more composed way of living vertically, one where privacy, greenery, and panoramic outlooks lend the development the character of a private residential retreat within the city.
