Located in Sector 46, Gurugram, within an established residential neighbourhood close to the city’s major commercial centres, the project is conceived as a high-rise residential address that brings together expansive corner homes, naturally ventilated cores, and a landscaped podium to create a more private and composed experience of urban living. The surrounding low-rise context allows for relatively open views on most sides, a condition the design strengthens by organising the development as two residential towers rising from a multi-level podium, giving the homes a greater sense of height, openness, and visual relief than is typical in the area.

The residences are planned as generous 3 and 4 bedroom homes, with selected layouts incorporating a study and accommodation for service staff. Their planning is guided by privacy, light, and ease of movement, with only two homes to a core in one tower and four to a core in the other. Cross-ventilation, naturally ventilated core design, wraparound balconies, corner views, and broad glazed openings together deepen the relationship to the outside while enhancing daylight and thermal comfort.

At podium and club levels, the development extends domestic life into a more leisurely and landscaped setting through open amenities that include a swimming pool, spa and salon, gymnasium, indoor games, reading lounge, children’s play areas, and wellness facilities. This premium character is reinforced by an architectural language articulated through a clear composition of base, body, and crown, with warm metallic tones, textured surfaces, and expressive balcony bands lending the towers a more distinctive silhouette. What distinguishes the project is the way density is tempered by proportion, outlook, and a measured sense of arrival, producing a residential address that feels at once elevated, refined, and quietly assured.
