A corporate interior that translates brand identity into a more agile, daylit, and human-centred workplace

A new-age workspace designed around flexibility, wellbeing, and collaboration, where the office environment is conceived not simply as a setting for work, but as an active instrument of culture, performance, and employee engagement.

Located at Gurugram, the project reimagines the contemporary corporate office as an adaptive and future-ready environment. The brief called for a workplace that would reflect Adani Realty’s values while supporting a more agile style of working, one shaped by transparency, inclusivity, and a stronger sense of community. The design responds through a clear spatial hierarchy of workstations, executive cabins, collaborative zones, meeting rooms, social spaces, and VIP areas, all organised around a central service core to maintain legibility and operational clarity.

The interiors are deliberately restrained in palette yet rich in effect. Wood, stone, and muted grey finishes establish a calm and colloquial backdrop, while accent colours derived from the brand are introduced with precision through upholstery, installations, and collaborative settings. This measured balance between neutrality and colour gives the office a distinct identity without compromising sophistication. The design language further draws inspiration from the rugged terrain of the Aravallis, abstracting mountain, valley, and sky into curves, linear motifs, and biophilic insertions that lend the workplace a stronger relationship to region and landscape.

Environmental performance is central to the project. The office is planned to be fully daylit, with enclosed rooms on occupancy sensors and open work areas on daylight sensors, helping reduce energy consumption by approximately 50 percent. Low-flow fixtures, LED lighting, low-VOC materials, FSC and Greenguard-certified furniture, CRI-certified carpets, CO2 monitoring, centralised air purification, acoustic treatments, barrier-free circulation, and post-Covid touchless systems together reinforce a workplace that is both high-performing and attentive to human wellbeing.

What gives the project its distinction is the way it aligns corporate identity with adaptability and care: an office where reconfigurable panels, transformable furniture, café-like collaboration zones, and community-oriented breakout spaces create a more responsive and contemporary world of work.
