Mumbai
Anchored within the rapidly transforming urban fabric of Juinagar, the Panchshil Mixed-Use Development establishes a new paradigm for mixed-use urbanism rooted in ecology, connectivity, and public life. Strategically located along the Mumbai-Satara Highway and in close proximity to key transit networks, including the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, the development integrates retail, commercial workplaces, hospitality, and convention facilities within a cohesive urban framework.
Designed as an “eco-leisure development,” the project brings together nature and urbanity to create a vibrant civic destination. At its heart lies a richly landscaped public realm that acts as a central experiential spine, seamlessly connecting retail, hospitality, convention, and office functions. Moving beyond the inward-looking nature of conventional malls, the development transforms retail into an activated social environment where leisure, culture, recreation, and commerce coexist. Terraced landscapes, interactive plazas, water features, spill-out spaces, and shaded pedestrian avenues establish a continuous dialogue between built form and open space.
Organised around nearly 10 acres of integrated greens, the development establishes a strong biophilic identity within Navi Mumbai’s rapidly densifying urban fabric. Commercial towers and hospitality components are carefully oriented to maximise views, daylight, and visual connectivity across the central landscape, while ensuring efficient circulation and clear segregation of pedestrian and vehicular movement. Seamless indoor-outdoor transitions and layered spatial experiences across terraces, plazas, and elevated public spaces create a dynamic and immersive environment.
More than a retail destination, the project emerges as a new urban centre for Navi Mumbai, catalysing social engagement, economic growth, and community interaction through architecture that foregrounds public experience and ecological integration.
