Located in Aavalahalli on Old Madras Road, the project is conceived as a contemporary residential development with a distinct urban edge. Its setting combines direct highway access with longer views towards low-rise neighbourhoods, open land, and the lake beyond, allowing the tower to engage both the city and a wider landscape. Retail is placed at the lower levels to activate the frontage, while the residential component rises above with a clearer sense of privacy and outlook.

The planning is organised around a centralised core with four homes to a floor, comprising 3 and 4 bedroom residences designed for light, cross ventilation, and extended living. Generous shaded balconies run along the apartments as usable outdoor rooms rather than ornamental edges, improving comfort while expanding the experience of the interiors. The residential offering becomes more distinctive at key levels: private garden residences bring planted outdoor space into the lower floors, while duplex homes at the top introduce a more expansive, house-like mode of living with greater privacy and breadth.

A clubhouse, double-height lobby, and covered arrival sequence lend the tower a more composed residential character, while the retail base gives the project the convenience and polish of a more integrated address. The architectural language emphasises slenderness, shading, and clean vertical expression, allowing the tower to read clearly on the skyline without unnecessary excess. What gives the project its particular appeal is this sense of progression, from urban frontage to private gardens, and from well-planned family apartments to duplex homes that feel distinctly more elevated in every sense.
